I am the Special Educational Needs Officer, I support the schools SENCos and run training for SEND. .I started with Kensington Primary School in November 2004 as SENCo, I left but then returned in January 2016 to the same role. 

I would recommend the Trust and family members as a good place to work. I have worked in many schools. I have worked in many schools and this is the most supportive organisation that I have worked for. I have been given opportunities to progress in my career after many years of being at the top of my scale and unable to move on. ​
