These terms and conditions are effective from the 1st September 2019. The Tapscott Learning Trust (TTLT) reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions at any time without notice. The course programmes offered are delivered through the Training Hub which is part of The Tapscott Learning Trust. TTLT’s courses are constantly updated and improved and we reserve the right to alter any of the course or programmes’ content without prior notice.

All prices and courses are quoted in £ sterling and exclusive of VAT. All prices are correct at the time of publication. TTLT and the Training Hub reserve the right to cancel a course with insufficient numbers up to 7 days prior to the course date. Any fees would be refunded in full.

Authorisation:

Settlement of your invoice must be made in full within 28 days of receipt or before the course date, whichever is the earlier. By submitting a booking to us, by whatever means, you are acknowledging that you have received authorisation for this expenditure from the relevant person at your institution, therefore we reserve the right to pursue payment for your booking.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made by participants later than two weeks prior to the course date will be non-refundable. Non-attendance of the course shall be deemed to be a cancellation and full charges will apply. If you do not wish to attend a course, even if it at no cost, please inform us so that we can offer your place to someone else.

Photography/Filming

From time to time, there may be occasions where we take and use photographs or short films for our social channels. TTLT reserve the right to distribute these images for use with our marketing purposes. Please let us know before any event if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
