The Trust was founded by schools that benefitted from a history of working extremely successfully together before taking the decision to form a multi-academy trust.

And this experience provided us with a blueprint for how schools can work together, sharing and developing teaching and learning practice, while also providing opportunities to maximise resources and ensure effective professional development for staff within and outside our organisation to ensure that we not only deliver the best outcomes for our pupils, but also for our teams.

However, we are never complacent and are always looking for ways that we can further develop our offer to our pupils and adapt to meeting their needs to ensure that they are prepared and skilled to live life in our modern multicultural society.

Strong and effective governance is essential to the success of our trust and I am therefore confident that we have appointed a team of highly skilled Board of Trustees alongside the Local Advisory Boards of each school.
