Within the Training Hub we are always seeking ways to provide professional development opportunities for all staff. We have successfully used apprenticeship routes previously to provide existing staff training and support in their roles as well as train in new areas. Our Apprenticeship routes are reviewed annually, and we have a number of key providers that we work with in order to deliver these.
