Paul has spent all of his teaching career in the east end of London before becoming Headteacher and then Executive Head of Curwen Primary School. He became the CEO of The Tapscott Learning Trust at its inception in 2017.Paul is passionate about ensuring that all children are given the very best life chances and has a proven track record in school improvement, sharing his expertise regularly with schools both within the borough of Newham as well as wider afield in the south and south east of England.  Locally, Paul is a member of the Education Partnership Board, SEND Partnership Board and High Needs Working Party and nationally is part of DFE's Primary Head Teacher Group and the Youth Sports Trust's MAT Advisory Group.  

Paul is also a regular speaker at educational events and conferences.
